Stephen Williams was in attendance at Bristol Rovers home game against Southampton on 13th April 2010 at Memorial Stadium in Horfield, where he presented a cheque to the 'Active Communities Network' to help fund the PACT Project: a football based programme of education, training and personal development.
Stephen presented the cheque for £146,289 at half time, alongside the chairman of the Football League, Greg Clarke.
During the match Stephen also had a chance to discuss the PACT project with Bristol Rovers' Head of Community Development, Peter Aitken.
